I have the privilege of being on the design team of Creative Cabinets and Design. This has become my passion along with a desire to meet and exceed client expectations for their home . I am so excited to be able to create or re-create, the kitchen, bath, and other significant home spaces for our customers. I also have the opportunity of working with an amazing semi-custom cabinet manufacturer, Wellborn, and the Wellborn family.

Prior to becoming a designer at Creative Cabinets and Design, I worked the last 7 years as a designer/project coordinator in the flooring industry. This experience has opened my eyes to the other elements of home design so that a kitchen or bath are well coordinated and fit the existing or future home space. I have become well rounded in knowledge of all aspects of new construction and home remodeling. 

Prior to working in the retail industry, I worked for 16 years in the counseling environment for an oncologist/psychiatrist in private practice. This placed me in an environment where I encountered people looking to us for hope, encouragement, comfort, and answers to hard questions. By dealing with the extremely sick I developed skills of listening and patience to understand what is truly important to people. In my current position, I apply this same skill set to my present-day customers. I absolutely love the challenge to pull together a functional, budget oriented, beautiful space that reflects the customers personality. I look at every day as a new beginning to learn more and to serve more than yesterday.
